HTC Vive

Pros

  • Immersive experience
  • Allows for a lot of movement within environments
  • Touch controls
  • Large selection of games on Steam

Cons

  • Requires a PC with gaming capabilities
  • Headphones are not part of the set which are preferable to the earbuds that are included
  • Headset is on the heavy side compared to other VR setups

PSVR

Pros

  • Comfortable headset, very adjustable, allows people who wear glasses a comfortable experience
  • Standard PS4 controller is tracked in supported game
  • Most affordable setup

Cons

  • Tracking is not as precise as the Vive or Oculus
  • A lot of games feel like demos due to newness of the product
  • Owning a Playstation 4 is required for use, but packages do allow for a more affordable option
